UK TRACKED DELIVERY - £3.80

UK TRACKED NEXT DAY DELIVERY (ORDER BY 12PM / MON-FRI ONLY) - £7.50

UK orders arrive in 2-3 business days. 

Europe orders arrive 10-15 business days.

Rest of the world orders arrive 21-25 business days.

Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties.

*For EU customers: all orders under £120 or €120 euros are free from customs fees.

Luminaskn has a no returns and no exchanges policy. All sales are final.

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please email info@luminaskn.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.

If the incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if parcel is unclaimed for, customer will have to cover postage charge again to be resent the package once it is returned back to us. 

Please email us  info@luminaskn.co.uk with your order number in order to cancel your order. Please note we can only cancel your order if it is not yet shipped out.
